What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex) , debit cards with the Visa/MasterCard logo, cash, and checks. All card payments are subject to a 3% service fee. All returned checks are subject to a $30.00 returned check fee.
How long will my service take?
A typical on-site service call (email, network, internet issues, etc.) usually takes around an hour to complete. More complex in-store repairs can take up to 3 business days not including the shipping of parts if needed. Data recovery services typically take 2-5 business days to complete.
Is your service guranteed?
Yes. We stand behind our service and repair 100%. All repairs are covered by a 15 day labor warranty and a 30 day parts warranty.
Will I lose my data if I repair my computer?
In most cases you will not lose your data, the hard drive is a separate component from the rest of the computer and unless it has been
damaged your data is probably fine. Feel free to ask a representative if there is any risk of data loss for your type of repair.
I've purchased my computer used and do not have any of the original software or drivers available. Can you still help me?
Yes. Typically a technician will be able to restore your original applications, data and serial numbers without having the original software CD’s or manuals.
Do you recycle computers?
Yes. We accept both laptop and desktop computers for recycling. We will securely erase any data prior to having the item recycled. You can drop off your system
at any time during normal business hours. There is no charge for us to recycle your item. We do not take CRT computer monitors. Call to make an appointment.
How long do I have to pick-up my system?
We will hold your item for thirty (30) days from the day it was dropped off for repair. You must pick up your item or contact us within the thirty (30) day period or it will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of.
